Terms of use

Last updated: 2026-06-06

1. Who these terms are with

These terms govern your use of invoicefinancing.sg ("the site", "we", "us"). By accessing the site or submitting the shortlist form you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What we provide

invoicefinancing.sg is an information and shortlist-routing service. We:

  • Publish editorial information about invoice-financing, factoring and related working-capital products available to Singapore SMEs
  • Maintain a directory of SG invoice-finance providers
  • Forward enquiries submitted through the shortlist form to up to three matched providers, with your consent

We are not a lender, a MAS-licensed financial adviser, an insurance broker, a money broker, or any other MAS-regulated intermediary. Nothing on this site is personalised financial, legal, tax or accounting advice.

3. Information accuracy

We work hard to keep the information on this site accurate, sourced and up-to-date. Every rate range, fee or eligibility statement carries a SourceChip linking to the underlying source and a verified date. See the methodology page for the full standard.

That said: invoice-finance pricing is set per-deal by the lender after assessing your debtor, industry and invoice profile. The indicative ranges on this site are guidance, not binding terms. Always confirm specifics in writing with the matched provider before signing or drawing down. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information published, including indicative ranges, and the site is provided on an "as is" basis.

4. Lead routing — what happens when you submit the form

When you submit the shortlist form, we forward the personal data and business data you provide to up to three matched SG invoice-finance providers from our directory. The matching is based on industry, revenue band and funding amount you submit.

Each matched provider becomes a separate data controller of the data we share with them and handles it under their own privacy and terms-of-use policies. We have no control over a matched provider's subsequent communications, application processes, eligibility decisions, indicative or final terms, or onboarding requirements.

5. Pricing — to you and to providers

The site and the shortlist routing service are free for SMEs to use. We are paid by providers, typically on a revenue-share basis on funded deals or on a per-MQL basis for qualified introductions. We disclose this on the about page and the methodology page. We never charge SMEs.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information in the shortlist form
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose, including fraudulent loan-application activity
  • Scrape, copy or republish substantial portions of the site without written permission
  • Interfere with the site's operation or attempt to bypass security measures

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, we exclude all liability for losses arising from your use of the site, your reliance on information published, or the conduct of any matched provider. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
