- Drawdown: cash you receive immediately when the provider funds the invoice.
- Settlement: the residual paid to you once the debtor settles the invoice and the provider deducts its fee.
- Total fee: the provider's earnings on the deal. In Singapore this is typically quoted as a per-30-day discount rate on the advanced amount.
- Annualised cost: a like-for-like comparison number — not the rate any provider will quote you. Use it to compare invoice financing against overdrafts, term loans or working-capital lines.
This calculator models a simplified single-invoice scenario. Real-world deals can include onboarding fees, minimum-utilisation fees, valuation costs and credit-protection premiums for non-recourse facilities. Always confirm total all-in cost in writing with the lender before signing.
Notes on the model
The calculator models a single invoice on a recourse arrangement with the discount fee charged on the advanced amount. Real-world deals can add onboarding fees, minimum-utilisation charges, valuation costs and (for non-recourse facilities) a credit-protection premium. Treat the output as a sanity-check on indicative pricing, not a quote.
